Samsung created chaos within the global market this week after launching their two products in the Galaxy Book series. Samsung Galaxy Book Pro and Pro 360 are an addition to the previous Windows 10 collection. Both of these Galaxy Books have a nice display of 13.3 and 15.6 inches and run Windows 10 on a selection of Intel processors.
Before we get ahead and discuss the features and differences in both of them, let me tell you about the release dates of both of these Galaxy Books and when they will hit the market.
Samsung US has already started accepting pre-orders for the Galaxy Book Pro and 360. While In UK and Germany, pre-orders will start from May 14.
- Samsung Galaxy Book Pro vs Galaxy Book Pro 360: Touch Screen, Display and Weight:
One of the major differences between these two laptops is that the Galaxy Book Pro 360 has a touchscreen display that rotates around 360 degrees so that the laptop can also be used as a large tablet or one can easily draw on it with the help of an S-Pen stylus. While the Samsung Galaxy Book Pro doesn’t have a touch screen. So if you’re a touch screen lover then ultimately you should go for Galaxy Book Pro 360.
Both of these Galaxy Books are available in the market with screen sizes of 13.3 and 15.6 inches. The 13.3 inch Galaxy Book Pro weighs under a kilogram and the 15.6 inch is barely over one kilogram. While the 13.3 inches Galaxy Book Pro 360 weighs around 0.87 kg and the 15.6 inches one is around 1.3 kg. Both of the models have a 1920 x 1080 resolution display with AMOLED panels.
With that being said, Samsung Galaxy Book Pro and Pro 360 are fairly thin, sleek in look, and light-weight.

The Samsung Galaxy Book Pro 360 has an excellent collection of ports with a Thunderbolt 4 port, USB-C ports, a headphone jack, and a microSD card slot. It also has Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.1 for both screen sizes. While the 13.3-inch Book Pro 360 has a 5G connection.
Whereas the Samsung Galaxy Book Pro doesn’t have a port collection like the Pro 360 one but it’s good. For the 15.6″ model, there is a Thunderbolt 4, a USB-C, a USB-A 3.2, an HDMI port, a 3.5mm combo of headphone and microphone. Also, a MicroSD slot is available in this model. While the 13.3” model loses the HDMI port, but it has an optional nano-SIM slot. There is no 5G option in this model.

Samsung Galaxy Book Pro and Pro 360, both are offered with either an 11th-generation Intel Core i7 processor. However, for models of Galaxy Book Pro and the 15.6-inch Galaxy Book Pro 360, Samsung is also offering a smaller Intel Core i5 chip. Along with this, the smaller Book Pro 360 can only be bought with the more powerful i7 processor. All Galaxy Books of both models come with Intel Iris X4 graphics for both the i5 and i7 chips.
Samsung has decided to fit the smaller and larger Galaxy Book Pro with 8GB and 16GB of RAM respectively, while both sizes of the Book Pro 360 comes with the option of either 8GB or 16GB of RAM. However, in every case the RAM is LPDDR4x.
Storage options come in the form of a 512GB solid-state drive (SSD) on both of the models but the Galaxy Book Pro 360 comes with the storage option of 1TB.

Samsung Galaxy Book Pro and Pro 360 are available in vibrant colors that will make you fall for them. Both sizes of the Galaxy Book Pro are available in the majestic hues of Mystic Blue and Mystic Silver, while the Galaxy Book Pro 360 is offered in beautiful colors like Mystic Navy and Mystic Bronze.

Due to such amazing features both of these Galaxy Books are coming with, I think the price range is pretty decent. The price of Galaxy Book Pro 13.3-inch starts around $999.99 and for the 15.6-inch model, it starts at around $1,099.99.
On the other hand, The Galaxy Book Pro 360 starts at the amount of $1,199.99 for the 13.3-inch, and for the 15.6 inches, it starts around $1,299.99.

All four laptops are equipped with Windows 10 Home/Pro and they all consist of a 720p HD webcam and dual-array microphone. In addition to the above features, they also have AKG speakers capable of Dolby Atmos with a fast 65W USB-C type charger.
For security, both of these models have a fingerprint reader feature on the power key for biometric authentication. That’s so cool, Now you can simply unlock your Galaxy Book with your touch.
I think both of these Galaxy Books are a super hit as they have amazing features within such an affordable price range. However, if you are a touch screen lover who has a bit flexible budget then you must go for the Samsung Galaxy Book Pro 360. Otherwise, if you have a bit low budget and you don’t need a touch screen display then Galaxy Book Pro is the right choice for you.
