How do i know you arent some prince in Nigeria trying to steal my money?

Powerbite developed through the need for a safe and secure platform for consumers to sell their unwanted devices and to hunt a good deal. We have multiple reviews on BidorBuy,Facebook,Pricecheck and Hellopeter.

If you still convinced our accents are fake please arrange to collect your device from our shop in Cape Town or office in Pretoria. Always first confirm we have stock

How long before I receive my order?

Our sole purpose is to give you the best service possible. That includes getting your purchase as soon as possible. If you are in a hurry please confirm we have your preferred color in stock. If we do we will deliver within 2 business days. If we do not have stock we usually take 5-7 business days to deliver

What are the payment options?

We currently accept cash on collection, EFT, Debit Card purhcases, Credit Card purchases, Bitcoin, Mobicred and FASTA .

What is Certified Pre-Owned (CPO)

Cerified Pre-Owned means devices that has passed a 30+ point quality check. We only source phones that are in excellent condition to give you the best possible deals.

Note : These phones aren’t Apple CPO, just phones that have previously been used and tested to certify a perfectly working , pre-loved device.

 

 

What does CPO device come with?

Certified Pre Owned Devices usually comes in the original box with charging plug and Cable. We refrain from using second hand earphones for hygienic purposes.

 

How Do I Track My Order?

Once your device is couriered from our office you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please visit www.thecourierguy.co.za to track your device.

I'm new to online shopping. How does it work?

Simply browse through our list of products and check to see what you like. Then click on “add to cart” after clicking add to cart click on the cart button at the top right of your screen. When on the cart page click on “proceed to checkout”. On the checkout page fill in your details and choose the payment method you want to use. Choose EFt to make a direct transfer into our bank account. Choose Credit Card if you want to pay by Credit card or with Mobicred. Choose cash on delivery if you want to pay with cash.

When paying via EFT please email us proof of payment to sales@powerbite.co.za .

 

What is Special Import

Special Import devices are devices that are imported directly from our suppliers per order. These devices required upfront payment and cant be returned due to change of mind at any point after payment has been made. Warranty is honored by Powerbite
